I could go on all day about just how wonderful these two are and what an absolute pleasure it was to capture their wedding photography. I was so lucky to spend such quality time with them both in Scotland for their wedding at Springkell House. Danny and Chris have been planning their Scotland destination wedding for a number of years, they’ve had postponements, but everything came together for them. They are so much fun, have a beautiful bunch of friends and made me feel like I was one too throughout the whole day.

This was my first visit to Springkell House and what a beautiful setting for wedding photography it is! Springkell is a beautiful Palladian Mansion that dates back to 1734. It has incredible southerly views over the beautifully kept formal gardens and parkland. The sweeping Italian stone staircase is a fabulous entrance to the wedding ceremony room and the front of the house is just breathtaking.

Danny and Chris spent a wonderful day in the surroundings of Springkell House. Their Ceremony was in the Wedding Room with its 2m mirror surrounded by marble which definitely adds a sense of grandeur to such a special moment.
