Manor House is a luxury hotel and wedding venue in the Yorkshire village of Lindley that has been stunningly restored and developed into a wonderful home-from-home. Sophie and Tony created a beautiful backdrop for their Manor House wedding; modern and romantic vibes with their beautiful flowers and stationery. It was a grey day with a lot of rain but it gave us the opportunity to make the most of the stylish interiors of Manor House with a creative use of light – plus hiding in any undercover areas we could find!

  • Top Bridal Prep Tips! ✨✨✨Want a stress-free morning the day of your wedding?ALLOW YOURSELF TIMEHonestly the last couple of hours before you walk down that aisle will disappear SO fast!Here are my tips to keep the rush and stress at bay!⚫️ Allow at least an hour before your ceremony to get into your dress.⚫️ Work backwards from this point with your hair and makeup timings to ensure this time is protected.⚫️ Allow extra time for first looks with parents or bridesmaids - this all takes valuable time.⚫️ If you would like photos with you & your bridesmaids in your pjs make sure all of your makeup is done well before it’s time to get into your dresses to allow for this (nobody wants to be the only one without their makeup finished in this picture!)⚫️ Have a final nip to the loo and brush of your teeth before getting into your dress.⚫️ Don’t spend the morning worrying about the weather! There is absolutely nothing you can do about it!⚫️ Have all of your pretty things - perfume, jewellery, shoes and keepsakes ready for when your photographer arrives so they can capture them and don’t need to interrupt hair or makeup (can you tell I love a flat-lay?!)⚫️ Keep the clutter to a minimum. Suitcases, clothes and food - leave it outside the door or put it in the bathroom. Keep that clutter away from your white dress and out of the background of your photos.⚫️ Don’t go overboard on the Prosecco ☺️. It’s a looooong day - pace yourself!⚫️ Make sure the largest window is clear with space for your dress shots - natural light is the most flattering!⚫️ Location. Location. Location.
