Yorebridge House Wedding Photography by Yorkshire Wedding Photographer Joel Skingle

I spent a wonderful day with Mel and Plath for their beautiful wedding at Yorebridge House. This was a special one because the couple celebrated with two ceremonies – one being a Sri Lankan celebration in honour of Plath’s heritage. The colours, drums and coconuts were a sight to see!

Mel and Plath chose Marc and Abi to provide the soundtrack to their day. These guys are phenomenal – you should definitely check them out if you’re looking for live music for your own wedding. They performed as a duo throughout the day with their band members joining them to set up for the evening reception at Yorebridge. They bring such energy and spark with them; so amazing to watch!

Yorebridge House weddings are always special because the backdrop against the Yorkshire countryside is so spectacular. There are so many little walks close by with amazing scenery for your wedding photography. Guests are always thrilled to be there too as the bedrooms at Yorebridge House are super-luxe with hot tubs to boot!  Yorebridge House promises luxury, relaxation and beautiful interiors which it delivers every time. No surprise that it was voted the most romantic hotel in the UK!

Mel and Plath, it was such a fun day with you both. Thank you for choosing me as your Yorebridge House wedding photographer and congratulations to you both! For more inspiration and sneak peeks head over to my Instagram
